These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern access to and use of the website dexareo.com and the educational services offered by Dexareo S.R.L. By accessing the site or contracting our services, you accept these T&C in their entirety.

2. Nature of the service
Dexareo offers educational programs in the area of trading and investments. Our courses are exclusively educational in nature. We are not a stock exchange firm, a clearing and settlement agent, or a global investment advisor registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV). We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management.
3. Market risk
Trading in financial markets carries a significant risk of capital loss. Past results do not guarantee future returns. Any investment decision you make after completing our programs is your sole responsibility. Dexareo shall not be liable for any financial losses that may arise from your market operations.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the website and educational programs (texts, images, videos, presentations, exercises, trademarks, and logos) is the exclusive property of Dexareo S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Enrollment and payment
Enrollment in programs is formalized through the form available on the website and the corresponding payment. Prices are listed in Argentine pesos and include VAT. Dexareo reserves the right to modify prices for future cohorts without prior notice. Payment for the current cohort will not be affected by such modifications.
6. Refund policy
You may request a full refund of the amount paid within 7 (seven) calendar days after the start of the program, in accordance with Article 34 of Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
7. Acceptable use
By using our website and services, you agree to: provide truthful and up-to-date information; not share your access credentials with third parties; not record, reproduce, or distribute class content without authorization; not use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these T&C.
8. Limitation of liability
Dexareo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the absence of technical errors. Our educational content is provided "as is" and does not constitute financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexareo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or programs.
9. Modifications
Dexareo reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these T&C.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute that may arise shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
